How to book your appointment!

Below is the neccessary contact form to begin the booking process! Please fill out your name, email, detailed description including placement, sizing, and style of your tattoo idea as well as the artist you wish to work with! Also required is a nonrefundable $100 deposit! Your appointment is invalid and no it set in stone until a deposit has been paid! Your artist will reach out as soon as possible (typically within 24-48 hours, please be patient!) to find the best date for both of your schedules!

Please note that all deposits are NONREFUNDABLE!

you are allowed one reschedule per deposit and must be done no later than 24 hours prior to initial appointment time.

Should you cancel last minute or indefinitely, no call no show or late more than 15 minutes without notice you will forfeit your deposit!

WE WILL NOT RESPOND TO AN APPOINTMENT REQUEST WITHOUT FIRST CONFIRMING A DEPOSIT!!!
